Project Development in Kelantan

Our latest project is a township development named Bandar Tasek Raja situated in Pasir Mas, Kelantan. This is a joint venture development project between the Kelantan state government Majlis Daerah Pasir Mas and Eastern Biscuit Factory Sdn Bhd (“EBF”), a wholly owned subsidiary of FBO. The gross development value of this project is RM151 million. Bandar Tasek Raja has high accessibility from all location in Kelantan. It is about 2 km away from Pasir Mas town, 19 km from the capital Kota Bharu and 20 km from Rantau Panjang. With a land area of approximately 31 acres, the development consists of a central market, bus and taxi terminal, departmental store and 266 units of single to 3 storey shop office. Bandar Tasek Raja will be the new modern commercial hub in Kelantan. The project is expected completion in three years time.

 

The project was officially launched on 8 October 2010 and will be carried out in two phases. The first phase consists of 144 units of shop office and departmental store at gross development value of RM64 million. The first phase also includes development of the central market, bus and taxi terminal, leisure park and surau. The second phase is planned for the remaining 122 units of shop office at gross development value of RM87 million.

Shopping Complex and Condominium

Adjacent to Renaissance Kota Bharu Hotel are a 6-storey Kota Sri Mutiara shopping complex and a 23-storey condominium. The shopping complex with a total floor area of approximately 34,400 square meters consists of a supermarket, food court and about 100 units of shoplots. It provides great convenience to the condominium’s residents and the Hotel guests. The condominium consists of 159 units of apartments where most of the units are sold to various buyers. We are currently managing a small number of unsold units as serviced apartment.
